Please read and agree to these Terms & Conditions here before placing your order.

INFORMATION:

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Please clear all your doubts before ordering.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused during the mail. Pls opt for registered mail (additional $2.25) as it has a tracking number which is safer. Normal mail does not have any tracking number.

No payment = No order

Payment will be acknowledged within 24 hours. If you do not receive any reply from us, please email us again.

All Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.

FOR PRE-ORDER OR SPREES:

For items that are in stock, items will be mailed out on sat/ sun.

For items that are not in stock, please place your order and make full payment before the pre-order ends. This is to ensure that we send out the items immediately when we received them without any further delay.

Payment is to be made within 3 days. No delay of payment is accepted.

Items will be in stock 4-7 weeks after the preorder has ended, depending on stock availability.
If the item is out of stock, full amount will be refunded to you.

Measurement / Size / Color may be a bit different from the pictures due to computer resolution, lighting, etc. All information is provided by the supplier so we will not be responsible for it.

All items are 100% Brand new and imported from overseas unless stated otherwise.

FAQ / TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Q: What are the postage and handling fees?

A: Unless otherwise stated, there will be free local normal mail for every item purchase. For registered mail, an additional $2.25 will be required.


Q: Will there be any meet-up?

A: Sorry, we don't do meet-up but we do offer free normal mail for some of the items.


Q: What are the payment mode available?

A: We accept fund transfer to our POSB or UOB bank account or via Paypal. For payment made via Paypal, there will be a fee of 4% + USD$0.30 on the total amount.


Q: Do we ship internationally?

A: Yes, we can ship internationally but the shipping fee would have to be borne by buyer. Pls email us for the shipping fee.
